Fairmont Palace Hotel

This project came with some demanding requirements: the renovation had to be completed within just three months, all without disturbing the hotel’s operations – or its guests. A perfect job for Doco-Spray. With its fast drying and reduced spray mist, this thick-film coating is suitable for a wide range of structures. And due to its specially formulated viscosity, Doco-Spray achieves high coating thicknesses (wet layer thickness up to 400 μm) while maintaining optimal flow.

All wallpaper was removed, and every wooden element – from doors and door frames to beds, tables and built-in wardrobes – was refinished. In the first phase alone, around 4,000 m² of wood surfaces and 8,000 m² of walls and ceilings were recoated.
