Holzimprägnierung
Colorless wood impregnation, solvent-based, for exterior use
Low-odour wood impregnation with excellent penetration properties. Equipped with film protection for surfaces susceptible to algae and fungi.

Areas of application
For renovations and initial treatment as an impregnation for exterior wooden components such as windows and shutters, soffits, half-timbering, facades, fences, wooden structures, etc. Wood impregnation significantly increases the durability of wooden structures.Labels

- Substrate / Processing
Substrates
The substrate must be clean and dry in accordance with the usual requirements. The wood moisture content must not exceed 15%. Depending on the quality of the wood and the construction, immersion times of several hours are required to ensure the deepest possible penetration. Weathered wood structure must be removed mechanically down to the sound wood structure.
Application
Brushing and rolling
Ready to brush, apply undiluted.
Dipping, use undiluted (cover dipping baths tightly when not in use).Drying
Dust-dry (TG1)
After approx. 5 - 7 hours
Reworkable
After approx. 24 hours
Drying depends on the relative humidity, the air and object temperature and the layer thickness. The data determined correspond to the standard conditions at 20°C room temperature and 65% relative humidity.
Coverage
7 – 11 m2/kg
The consumption depends on the type of application, the structure of the substrate and the layer thickness achieved. The values given are average figures from practical experience
Tool cleaning
Clean immediately and thoroughly with thinner (e. g. universal or cellulose thinner).
