Aufgrund des ExP-Systems wird eine extreme Widerstandsfähigkeit, Härte sowie Abriebfestigkeit ausgebildet. Die Aushärtung erfolgt über ein aliphatisches Isocyanat. Des Weiteren ist das Produkt für den Anwendungsbereich im indirekten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln zertifiziert.
Areas of application
Durocal-Hydro bietet aufgrund der top Verarbeitungsqualität ein sehr breites Applikationsfenster. Eine herausragende Eigenschaft ist die geringe Oversprayausbildung. Aus diesem Grund können nicht nur Kleinflächen damit beschichtet werden, sondern auch Fassadenelemente. Durocal Hydro eignet sich ideal zur Beschichtung von Metallfassaden, Maschinenanlagen, Metallkonstruktionen etc. Aufgrund der hohen Widerstandsfähigkeit, z.B. gegen Desinfektionsmittel, eignet sich Durocal Hydro ausserdem für high performance Innenwandbeschichtungen.Labels

Substrates
Der Untergrund muss den üblichen Anforderungen entsprechend rost-, fett-, öl-, zunderfrei, sauber, trocken und gut abgebunden sein (Restfeuchte max. 3%). Je nach Art des Untergrundes (Metall, Holz, Kunststoff) müssen geeignete Vorbehandlungen, Grundierungen eingesetzt werden.

Die Trocknung ist von der relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit, der Luft- und Objekttemperatur und der Schichtdicke abhängig. Die ermittelten Angaben entsprechen den Normbedingungen bei 20°C und 65% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit und einer Nassschichtdicke von 100 μm.
Bei tiefen Objekttemperaturen verzögert sich die Aushärtung.Coverage

Der Verbrauch ist von der Applikationsart, der Struktur des Untergrundes und der erzielten Schichtdicke abhängig. Die angegebenen Werte sind Durchschnittszahlen aus der Praxis.

Important
- Um einen optimalen Verlauf und geringste Strukturbildung zu erzielen, empfehlen wir den Einsatz einer PEKA Multitex-Walze mit ausreichender Materialmenge.
- Jeweils nur einen Anstrich mit Durocal Hydro pro Tag ausführen!
- Bei Trocknung länger als 2 Tage ist ein Zwischenschliff erforderlich.
- Nicht dickschichtig applizieren. Oberhalb von ca. 150μm Nassfilmdicke können sonst "CO2-Dampfblasenbildungen" im Beschichtungsfilm auftreten.
- Bei ungünstigen Witterungsbedingungen müssen zum Schutz der Oberfläche geeignete Schutzmassnahmen, wie z.B. Anbringung eines Regenschutzes, getroffen werden.
- Bei intensiven Bunttönen, speziell bei Gelb-/Orangetönen, kann ein weiterer Anstrich zur vollständigen Deckkraft nötig sein.
- Anstrichentfernung: Mechanisch.
- Nicht mit anderen Produkten mischen!
- Gehärtetes Material in offenem Gebinde ausreagieren lassen!

The product can be used as a coating for indirect contact with food and was examined for its substance migration by means of GC-MS screening analysis and for its sensory behaviour (sensory influence on food) in indirect contact with food. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 was used for the evaluation.
The evaluation of paints and varnishes according to the MINERGIE-ECO® standard is based on the environmental label of the Stiftung Farbe Schweiz.
