Mineralisch matte, konservierungsmittelfreie, spannungsarme Silikatfarbe für innen. Stone Art ist lösemittel- und weichmacherfrei, enthält also keine foggingaktiven Substanzen. Sie bietet eine perfekte Verarbeitung aufgrund herausragender Offenzeit. Auch erfüllt sie die Anforderungen nach DIN 18363 Abschnitt 2.4.1.


Areas of application

Stone Art ergibt eine tuchmatte Oberfläche, aufgrund mineralischer Pigmente und Füllstoffe, bei gleichzeitig hohem Kontrastverhältnis (Deckvermögen) Klasse 1 und ausgeprägter Scheuerbeständigkeit (Klasse 2) nach DIN 13300. Aufgrund spezieller Rohstoffe werden in vielen Fällen optimale Haftfestigkeiten auf Weissputz auch ohne zusätzliche Grundierung erreicht. Sie ist für Räume mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, aufgrund Schimmelprävention, geeignet. Dank der Atmungsaktivität wirkt sie Raumluftverbessernd und trägt somit zu einem gesunden Wohnraumklima bei.

    Substrates

    • Der Untergrund muss den üblichen Anforderungen entsprechend trocken, sauber, staubfrei und genügend verfestigt sein. Schlecht haftende, alte Anstriche, Leimfarbe und Kalkanstriche sind zu entfernen. Tragfähige, einwandfreie Untergründe können in der Regel direkt mit Stone Art beschichtet werden. Allenfalls den Anforderungen entsprechende Grundierungen einsetzen.
    • Stark saugende Untergründe sind vorgängig mit Stone Art Fixativ zu grundieren. Nicht saugende Untergründe, wie Latexfarben, verschiedene Lacke, Isolierfarben, Kunstharz-Mattfarben etc., sind mit Stone Art nicht beschichtbar.

    Die Trocknung ist von der relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit, der Luft- und Objekttemperatur und der Schichtdicke abhängig. Die ermittelten Angaben entsprechen den Normbedingungen bei 20°C Raumtemperatur und 65% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit.
    Eine Trocknung über 12 Stunden verbessert die Streifenfreiheit und Ausbesserbarkeit eines nachfolgenden Anstrichs.
    Wichtig: Mineralfarben verkieseln mit mineralischen Untergründen. Durch zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit (> 80%) wird dieser Vorgang gestört. Deshalb für eine rasche Trocknung durch ausreichende Lüftung und Temperatur sorgen.

    Der Verbrauch ist von der Applikationsart, der Porosität und der Struktur des Untergrundes und der erzielten Schichtdicke abhängig. Die angegebenen Werte beziehen sich auf relativ glatte, wenig saugende Untergründe. Bei extremen Putzstrukturen erhöht sich der Verbrauch entsprechend.

    Immediately wash out thoroughly with water, possibly with soft soap. Remove dried layers with nitro thinner.

    • Due to the silicification reaction between the silicate paint and the substrate, colour changes are always to be expected during touch-ups

    Important

    Stone Art enthält Kaliwasserglas. Kaliwasserglas ist ätzend. Bei der Verarbeitung sind deshalb Haut und Augen zu schützen. Spritzer sind sofort mit viel Wasser abzuwaschen. Umgebende Flächen, speziell Glas, Keramik, Natursteine, Klinker, Metalle oder Anstriche, sind vor Arbeitsbeginn sorgfältig abzudecken.
