- Substrate / Processing
Substrates
Mineralische, saugfähige Untergründe wie Kalk-, Kalkzementputze, Ziegel, KaIksandsteine, Beton und Faserzement sowie diverse Altanstriche. Der Untergrund muss den üblichen Anforderungen entsprechend trocken, sauber, staubfrei und genügend verfestigt sein. Schlecht haftende Schichten, Sinterhaut, Schalöl usw. sind zu entfernen. Alkalität (max. pH 9) und Feuchtigkeit des Untergrundes (max. 3% Baustofffeuchtigkeit) sind zu messen.

Die Trocknung ist von der relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit, der Luft- und Objekttemperatur und der Schichtdicke abhängig. Die ermittelten Angaben entsprechen den Normbedingungen bei 20°C Raumtemperatur und 65% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Der Verbrauch ist von der Applikationsart, der Porosität und der Struktur des Untergrundes und der erzielten Schichtdicke abhängig. Die angegebenen Werte beziehen sich auf relativ glatte, wenig saugende Untergründe. Bei extremen Putzstrukturen erhöht sich der Verbrauch entsprechend.

Wash out thoroughly with water immediately. Remove dried layers with nitro thinner.

Important
- Bei der Verarbeitung ist es zwingend erforderlich Glanzstellen und Überstände zu vermeiden. Musterfläche erstellen.
- City Mineral+ Fixativ enthält Kaliwasserglas. Kaliwasserglas ist ätzend. Bei der Verarbeitung sind deshalb Haut und Augen zu schützen. Spritzer sind sofort mit viel Wasser abzuwaschen. Umgebende Flächen, speziell Glas, Keramik, Natursteine, Klinker, Metalle oder Anstriche sind vor Arbeitsbeginn sorgfältig abzudecken.
- Bei ungünstigen Witterungsbedingungen müssen zum Schutz der Oberfläche geeignete Schutzmassnahmen, wie z.B. Anbringung eines Regenschutzes, getroffen werden.
- Nicht geeignet für waagerechte Flächen mit Wasserbelastung.
