Project details
The task of coating the impressive 23,000 square metres of concrete elements was carried out in several stages. Due to the required high level of direct adhesion, the top coat of choice was Durocal 50, a 2-component polyurethane-based coating. It was applied using standard rollers and a special curing roller developed specifically for this project. Durocal 50 offers exceptional weather resistance and colour stability. This top coat is also characterised by excellent adhesion, hardness, abrasion resistance and durability. Fast drying (both surface and through drying) ensure smooth, efficient processing. Once cured, the coating film offers high mechanical and chemical resistance thanks to the use of an aliphatic isocyanate.
